A native Oklahoman, graduating from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a Bachelor in Business Management. Tracy is also a graduate of Houston Baptist University with a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA), with special focus on strategy and finance. Tracy started his first business at nine years old with a lawn mowing business. Whith the use of his fathers mower he raided his and the surrounding neighborhoods, knocking on just about every door to get their business. Since that time he has began over 12 companies and  led dozens more into prosperity.

In 1995, after meeting with a friend (for about the fifth time) to talk through that frind~s life situation, the friend asked a great question; "Am I the only person who calls you all the time for life advice?" And it occured to Tracy that he had been "Life Coaching" dozens of people, for years.

After another friend offered to pay for his time, Tracy decided to begin LifeFusion, Inc.,  to help people "fuse" the parts of their lives into a balanced destiny. Since that time Tracy has attended hundreds of hours of training and performed thousands of hours of coaching people into their destiny and purpose.

An accomplished real estate developer Tracy co-founded The Markum/Klonts Group, Inc in 2007, after the cregional devrelopment company they were working for decided to downsize, he and his staff were talking through what they were going to do. "I though, I realy love the people I work with; they are smart, dedicated and motivated, so why don’t we take the natural progression and start our own company together?" Since that faitful decision they have experienced the challenges and oportunities of starting a small company and growing that company into their dream.

Tracy has worked for Fortune 500 companies where he earned the reputation of a "turn around artist".

"It seems that every company I started with, I worked my way up the ladder by taking poor performing units and divisions and creating a process to discover what that division really was created to achieve. We then put together a cohesive team and started implementing a plan to accomplish that purpose." "Seems pretty simple when you put it that way, but many times it is so difficult for executives and managers to ~see the forest for the trees~, when they are attempting to manage the day-to-day business." I put it this way, When your standing in a box you can~t see the outside of the box or determine where the box might be leaking. And you are too focused on keeping everything in the box running, that it takes someone looking from the outside in to truly identify if your even IN THE RIGHT BOX!"

 Tracy has several other partnerships that he is involved in; " I love working with people of like mind." "The power of getting the right people ~on the bus and in the right seat~ is amazing." I love it when we have success togehter, it is always sweeter when you can share it with others!"

Also a highly sought after public and keynote speaker, Tracy enjoys bodybuilding (Two time Mr. Oklahoma in his weight class, and winner of multiple other contests) mentoring in the public school system, and working with Team Impact Ministries ~in his spare time~.

Tracy is also a Leadership Strategist with Victory Leadership Institute, helping business Executives in leadership development.

Tracy is married for over 15 years to Rhonda Markum of Moore, Oklahoma and have two children, Josiah-age 7 and Faith Anne-age 4. It is said that if you ever can’t find Tracy when you need him, just look around his little girls finger, he is probably wrapped around it.
